Limited warranty


ShenZhen Easing Home Opto-Electronics Co. Ltd
provides warranty for the company’s faulty products caused by any material and workmanship defects. In normal use and within warranty period, we guarantee our products have no defects caused by any material and workmanship, otherwise we will provide product repair or replacement. This warranty is only available to individuals or organizations that directly purchase from ShenZhen Easing Home Opto-Electronics Co. Ltd or its authorized dealers and retailers. Our products come with a period of three /five years from the Easinghome invoicing date(warranty terms different in different products). If the product cannot operate normally within the warranty period, ShenZhen Easing Home Opto-Electronics Co. Ltd will decide to repair the faulty products or components or provide customers with equivalent ones to replace. we will assume related costs (but not including transport expense and labor cost). All replaced products or parts will be the property of ShenZhen Easing Home Opto-Electronics Co. Ltd . Replacement product provided by ShenZhen Easing Home Opto-Electronics Co. Ltd may be new or entire new product.

In the following conditions, warranty will be invalid:

      1. Product warranty period has expired.
2.Product has been transformed without authorization or ever repaired by unauthorized personnel or companies. Warranty is automatically voided if any unauthorized repairs or alterations are made.

3. Product defects are caused by misuse, failing to comply with user manual instructions, or use in more harsh environmental than environmental conditions stated in user manual or specifications.
(correct place, use and installation method of the products has to be proved )
4. Product defects are caused by natural disaster or force majeure, such as floods, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, power failure or unstable power supply, etc.
 

Maintenance services

You need to contact the original shop / retailer / shopping site / system integrators or agents from which you buy this product for maintenance services within or beyond warranty period. There are no parts inside the product that users can change on their own. Unauthorized personnel or maintenance center is not allowed to repair or transform the product.  

1. Proof of purchase (invoice or paid Order confirmation) must be provided when requesting service under the Standard Warranty.
2. ShenZhen Easing Home Opto-Electronics Co. Ltd requires any customer requesting service under the Standard or Extended Warranties to comply with directions from our staff in relation to troubleshooting any issue and facilitating the replacement under these Warranty Terms and Conditions.
3.Where a replacement is provided the Product or part replaced becomes the property of ShenZhen Easing Home Opto-Electronics Co. Ltd Replacement of the Product or a part under the Standard Warranty does not extend or restart the Standard Warranty period.
4. No claims for labor and installation/uninstallation costs, performance, materials will be allowed.
5. Freight charges to and from the factory will be borne by the purchaser.
